Posted: February 5, 2010
In
preparation for the upcoming Golden Gloves tourneys, the American
Athletic Association / Greater Bay Boxing Center is hosting its
annual “Winter Fight Night” next week.

exciting February 13 amateur card will serve as a dust-off as the

preparing for their own tournament, the Western Michigan Golden
Gloves, to be held the same month while Detroit-area fighters compete
in a separate tournament in April.
Headlining
next week’s event will be a 201+ bout between the host club’s
Matt Maciag and Detroiter Juan Goode. Former national Golden Gloves
champ Ernie Garza and Muskegon’s Raeese Aleem will also be
highlighted.
