I
nfinity Boxing presented a card of 13 amateur bouts at the Millennium Center this past Saturday night. Televised college football games, cable fights and lousy wet weather probably all contributed to a small but enthusiastic crowd.

The bouts were all generally entertaining and competitive. Best fight of the night was an action war between Tony Harrison (grandson of the late great Henry Hank of Detroit) representing Henry Hank Gym and Raymond Harris of Kronk. The third round was especially exciting as the two slugged it out all the way. Harrison won the decision landing hard body shots and scoring two standing eight counts along the way.

The heavyweight bout was also good as Jordan Jones of Canada knocked Cortez Grant of Henry Hank Gym through the ropes in the second round and went on to take the decision after the three minute-and-a-half rounds.
