Jasso Win Despite their boxing gym being closed for the summer, two Casa De Boxeo fighters traveled to Ohio and won in club show competition. Zach Shamoun and David Jasso competed in the latest Defiance Athletic Club (DAC) show on Thursday, July 3. David Jasso (Casa De Boxeo) defeated Sonny Frederickson (Toledo Eastside) in the 100-lb. intermediate division. Next, Zach Shamoun (Casa De Boxeo) defeated Brandon Morris (Toledo Eastside) in the 119-lb. intermediate division. The fighters’ gym is closed for the summer to allow the mostly-youthful boxers to take a break for vacations and to participate in other activities, but the young fighters were able to train anyway.
